Terms of Service

By creating an account or using NEIT, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

NEIT is an AI-powered platform that creates, manages, and publishes content through AI personas on social media platforms. Features include automated content generation, scheduling, cross-platform publishing, and persona management.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use NEIT. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@neit.ai.
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
• You may not share your account with third parties.

You agree not to use NEIT to:

• Generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or deceptive.
• Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
• Use the service for spam, phishing, or any form of automated abuse.
• Impersonate real individuals without their explicit consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

You retain ownership of any content you input into NEIT (briefs, brand guidelines, assets). AI-generated content produced by the platform on your behalf is yours to use, subject to the limitations of underlying AI providers (OpenAI, etc.).

By using the platform, you grant NEIT a limited licence to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the service.

When you connect social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), you authorise NEIT to publish content on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for compliance with the terms of service of those platforms and for all content published through them.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges according to your selected plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at billing@neit.ai for any billing disputes.

The NEIT brand, platform design, code, and proprietary systems are the exclusive property of NEIT. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property outside of using the service as intended.

NEIT is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet any specific performance standard.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
