Data Deletion

When you connect an Instagram account to NEIT, we store the following data on your behalf:

• Your Instagram user ID and username.
• An OAuth access token used to publish content and read direct messages on your behalf.
• Content generated by NEIT and associated metadata (captions, images, schedules).
• Activity logs related to automated publishing and DM replies.

To request deletion of your data, send an email to privacy@neit.ai with the subject line "Data deletion request" and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation.
